Level Ring Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Level Ring. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties

 

  1. Warranty
    All Level Rings come with a 6-month warranty under the condition of normal use. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that may arise under standard use. It does not cover any damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.

     

  2. Returns and Exchanges
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return or exchange your Level Ring within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the following conditions are met:

    •The Level Ring must be fully functional and undamaged.
    •The bank card must not have been connected or linked to the Level Ring.

    Customers can choose to receive either a refund or an exchange. However, please note that delivery and handling charges, including VAT, from your original order are non-refundable.

    To initiate a return, please send an email to info@levelinnovations.co.za, and we will provide you with the nearest address for sending back your Level Ring.

     

  3. Wrong Size Orders
    If you have ordered the wrong size of your Level Ring, we offer a replacement for an additional fee of R200 to cover shipping and handling costs. The conditions for a size replacement are as follows:

    • The Level Ring must be fully functional and undamaged.
    • The bank card must not have been connected to the Level Ring.

    Before sending the ring back to us, customers are advised to remove any connected bank card from their Level Ring.

    To request a size replacement, please email us at info@levelinnovations.co.za, and we will provide the nearest address for sending back your Level Ring.

     

  4. Additional Notes
    • All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any other items included with the product.
    • Level Pay is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
